Arshi Khan’s car topples over after ramming a boulder at Goregaon, Oshiwara police refuse to register any complaint

Model and actress, Arshi Khan’s car met with a serious accident off the S V Road, near Goregaon West in suburban Mumbai last week.

The car which was being driven by a driver rammed a heavy boulder which was lying in the dark on the semi-lit road and toppled over. Luckily, the actress was not in the car and her driver escaped almost unhurt.  It seems that the driver was driving the car at a high speed, at around 3.45 am (early morning) after dropping off Arshi Khan at her residence at Mira Road, he lost control over the vehicle after hitting a boulder which was lying in the dark at the side of the road,.

The car toppled over and rolled once. Luckily no one was injured, but the car was badly damaged.

When Arshi Khan and her driver visited the Oshiwara police station, a day after the accident to record a complaint, the police refused to entertain her on the grounds that “no one was injured” and there was “no opposite party” whose statement could be recorded.

Arshi Khan’s spokesperson, Flynn Remedios said that the police refused to register a TID as there was no injured person and even the driver did not have a single scratch on his body.
